HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

The ordering process at Claire Montreal is designed to be as simple as possible. Follow the steps below:

1 · Product	Go to the product page and add the desired item to your cart by clicking the black "Add to cart" button. Check that you have selected the correct variants.
2 · Checkout	Click "Proceed to checkout". On the information page, enter the correct address details. When everything has been filled in correctly, click "Continue to shipping".
3 · Review	On the shipping page, review the address details you entered. Here it is stated that all shipping is completely free. Click "Continue to payment".
4 · Payment	Select your preferred payment method. All payments are SSL-encrypted — you can always rely on a secure payment environment.
5 · Confirm	Click "Complete order" and you will be redirected to your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions to complete. If you experience any problems, contact us.

Found something you love? We want it in your hands quickly, so we process and ship orders as fast as we can.

To keep our prices where they are, we group orders together and send them out once we have enough to fill a shipment. Thanks for bearing with us — it cuts down on packaging waste, too.

One thing to know: like a lot of small shops, we get busy, and orders can run late. Please factor that in when you order — and if you need something by a particular date, email us before you buy and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

A note on customs: our bags ship from our supplier in Asia, so the Canada Border Services Agency may charge duty or taxes when your parcel enters the country. Those charges are set by the CBSA, not by us, and they're the customer's responsibility.
